What to write about

A price or listing that is wrong. Prices here refresh daily and expire after 48 hours, but a listing can change in ways our data does not catch — a product being delisted, a seller changing what they ship, a spec on a card no longer matching the page it came from. Those are the most useful messages we get.

Something factually wrong in a guide. If a care guide gives advice that would damage an object, or a claim about a material is simply incorrect, we want to know and we will correct it. Our editorial policy sets out how corrections are handled.

A product presented as handmade that is not. Provenance is the spine of this site. If you can show that something we labeled handmade is mass-produced, that is a page-level error and we will fix the page, not just the card.

A category we have missed. We would rather add a page because a reader asked for it than because a keyword tool suggested it.

What not to write about

We do not accept products for review, because we do not review products — there is no testing here and how we pick explains what we do instead. We do not sell placements, links or sponsored posts, and those messages will not get a reply.

Wick & Whittle is an online publisher with no shop and no premises, so there is no address or phone number to give you. Publishing one we did not have would be inventing business information, which is the sort of thing this whole site exists not to do.
